EYA and JM Zell to transform GEICO campus as insurer prepares for Bethesda relocation
Bethesda ’ s EYA and D.C.’s JM Zell Partners will redevelop GEICO’s corporate campus in Chevy Chase, according to Bethesda Today. The insurance company has entered an agreement to sell the site to EYA, which specializes in townhomes and will lead the project at the 26-acre site at 5260 Western Ave., according to the report.
