Bethesda’s EYA, D.C. firm to redevelop Geico campus in Friendship Heights
Bethesda-based townhome developer EYA and real estate firm JM Zell Partners of Washington, D.C., will lead the redevelopment of insurance company Geico’s corporate campus in Friendship Heights, according to an early February community letter from an attorney representing EYA.
